What you will do

• Lead large cross-functional teams to drive the technical roadmap and scale engineering talent.
• Modernize the SDLC by implementing a completely AI-native approach.
• Provide deep technical leadership and decision-making for cloud technologies on AWS and GCP.
• Build enterprise-scale web service products for workflow automation and notification channels.
• Ensure operational execution and visibility for high-level leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Jose, CA (3 days/week).
• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 10+ years of technical people management and product/service delivery experience across public/private clouds.
• Strong technical leadership in building products with AWS or GCP.
• Extensive experience building cloud services engineered for massive scale and resiliency.

Nice to have

• Deep product domain experience in security, networking, or enterprise workflow software like ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to guide engineering teams through technical transformation using AI tooling.
• Exceptional organizational leadership and executive communication skills.
