What you will do

• Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA CPO to translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap.
• Identify and deploy AI tools to automate manual HR efforts and sharpen organizational insights.
• Remove friction from HR processes to drive efficiency across the cross-functional leadership team.
• Lead critical P&C projects, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop people dashboards and perform data analysis in partnership with the People Experience team.
