What you will do

• Partner with HR teams to provide expert reward guidance and drive consistent practices across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to enhance Workday functionality, advancing automation and improving user experience.
• Manage the global annual salary review process via Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver data-driven reward insights, including pay equity and cost modelling, leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools.
• Contribute to the development of the broader global Total Rewards strategy and framework.
• Lead global benchmarking projects to ensure market-aligned compensation solutions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience managing Total Rewards across multiple countries and diverse markets.
• Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and executive-ready storytelling.
• Experience leading global salary review cycles and benchmarking (preferably with WTW).
• Proficiency in Master Excel and AI applications for Compensation Professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP, CIPD, GRP) or equivalent certification.
