What you will do
- Develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap for banking services to maintain competitiveness in Nigeria.
- Serve as the primary internal expert on Nigerian customer needs, behaviors, and local financial pain points.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance to build a scalable and reliable platform.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize market research and data-driven insights to enhance user experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech.
- Hands-on experience building banking or payment products such as transfers, cards, wallets, or accounts.
- Deep first-hand understanding of the Nigerian customer and local financial ecosystem is required.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful fintech products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills and a KPI-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
