What you will do

• Assist Sales teams with administration and the account opening process.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and payment departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Department Heads with daily monitoring, reporting, and validation.
• Centralize and assign incoming requests within regional teams.
• Conduct periodic customer due diligence (CDD) reviews.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
• Fluent French and English (C1+).
• Mandatory experience in institutional support or relationship management within financial services.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Working proficiency in German.
