What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment between stakeholders and execution of business initiatives.
• Analyze data and processes to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to anticipate dependencies, risks, and business impacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different functions.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed, actionable project plans.
• Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives within a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Business Operations.
• Proven track record of leading projects involving multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Legal right to work in the location of the role (Spain) without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
