A digital healthcare company building long-term care solutions, including Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional "special projects" to improve patient service efficiency and retention.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with external brands, such as gym networks.
  • Conduct commercial analysis to design and implement new offers, discounts, and bundling strategies.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define and deliver features that increase value for patients.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process and project manage major initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with leadership to establish new reporting and operating models for key initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in high-velocity environments, preferably combining 2+ years in consulting/banking with startup strategy/ops.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguous challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and a rigorous focus on execution.
  • Product sensibility and the ability to design user-centric solutions.
  • High agency and the ability to thrive when priorities shift.
  • Must be based in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or other heavily regulated industries.
  • Experience building products or propositions that drive behavior change.
  • Previous experience working within a startup or scale-up.
