What you will do
- Lead cross-functional "special projects" to improve patient service efficiency and retention.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with external brands, such as gym networks.
- Conduct commercial analysis to design and implement new offers, discounts, and bundling strategies.
- Collaborate with technology teams to define and deliver features that increase value for patients.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process and project manage major initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Partner with leadership to establish new reporting and operating models for key initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in high-velocity environments, preferably combining 2+ years in consulting/banking with startup strategy/ops.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguous challenges.
- Strong communication skills and a rigorous focus on execution.
- Product sensibility and the ability to design user-centric solutions.
- High agency and the ability to thrive when priorities shift.
- Must be based in London.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or other heavily regulated industries.
- Experience building products or propositions that drive behavior change.
- Previous experience working within a startup or scale-up.
