What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain event registration websites, email campaigns, and mobile apps using Cvent for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage attendee databases, ensuring data cleansing, segmentation, and GDPR-compliant handling.
• Coordinate the full delegate journey, including registration, hotel allocation, and transport manifests.
• Test digital platforms before go-live and troubleshoot technical issues during the pre-event and onsite phases.
• Deliver comprehensive pre, during, and post-event analytics and reports to clients.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in events, MICE, hospitality, or digital project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Cvent or similar event-tech platforms (e.g., Bizzabo, Splash, RainFocus) or proven web-building experience (WordPress, Wix).
• English: C1 minimum proficiency required.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Solid Microsoft Excel skills, specifically pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for customizing registration pages and emails.
• Additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese).
• Experience with onsite event support, such as badge printing and kiosk setup.
