Location: Hybrid in Singapore (must be based in Singapore)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end functional sales workstreams for enterprise and strategic deals across the APAC region.
- Deliver high-impact product RfPs, RfIs, and tailored presentations while building reusable assets and demo environments.
- Design solutions anchored in customer outcomes, focusing on open ecosystems and managed services.
- Orchestrate and delegate tasks to SMEs across operations, accounting, and technical teams.
- Manage and develop relationships with C-level executives, including COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Investments.
- Mentor junior team members and establish team standards to increase regional scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FinTech (implementations, pre-sales, or relationship management).
- Deep domain expertise in portfolio management and risk management activities.
- Proven track record of shaping and winning enterprise financial software deals.
- Technical fluency in multi-asset platforms, APIs, and data workflows.
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience working in South East Asia and Australia markets.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese.
