What you will do

• Own the P2P liquidity provider program, monitoring marketplace depth and improving partner satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and grow a team of account managers, setting strategic direction and raising operational standards.
• Manage the liquidity-provider program, including tiering frameworks and account management processes.
• Drive growth and retention strategies by building and analyzing data funnels to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the user risk team to improve marketplace health and reduce disputes via high-risk user profiling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth, account management, or relationship management for high-value clients.
• Proven track record of team leadership and managing partner programs at scale, preferably across multiple markets.
• Strong fluency in data and funnel analysis to steer business decisions.
• Working proficiency in English is required.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin is required for roles covering Greater China markets.
• Background in payments, remittance, or fintech is highly relevant.

Nice to have

• Experience with fiat on-ramp/off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
• Exposure to emerging markets in Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, or MENA.
• Experience with user segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or fraud operations.
• Previous experience with crypto or digital currencies.
