What you will do

• Own revenue and gross profit for a book of Singapore-based wholesale, trading, and manufacturing clients.
• Manage end-to-end pricing, defending margins and trading concessions for volume or product expansion.
• Analyze client trade flows to identify cross-sell opportunities for Global Treasury and local payout products.
• Consult clients on FX forwards, letters of credit, and trade financing to move business from traditional banks.
• Drive the adoption of online payment collections, cards, and expense management tools.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Financial Operations to resolve KYC and payment investigations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in account management, commercial banking, or B2B sales with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Strong ability to lead commercial negotiations independently and structure trade-offs under pressure.
• Working knowledge of trade finance instruments including letters of credit and FX forwards.
• Business-level fluency in English and Mandarin (essential for Chinese-speaking SME clients).
• Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze transaction and margin data.
• Must be located in Singapore to conduct business in person.

• Direct exposure to FX pricing or treasury products (e.g., bank FX desk).
• Deep understanding of trade documentation such as Incoterms and telegraphic transfers.
• Existing network within the Singapore trading, wholesale, or manufacturing community.
