What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year technology roadmap across software, hardware, and IT domains to realize business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end systems transformation from current-state audit to future-state architecture with measurable milestones.
• Direct the strategic direction of Core Digital Systems, including the Charging Station Management System (Revolt) and customer-facing platforms.
• Own the technology roadmap for charging hardware, energy management systems (EMS), and grid optimization.
• Oversee technology and data capabilities related to energy sourcing, price risk management, and commercial optimization.
• Modernize the internal IT ecosystem, ensuring cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance are embedded in the architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles, including 3-5 years at VP or CTO level.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale end-to-end technology transformations.
• Strong people leadership experience, managing teams of 70+ people across different domains.
• Deep technical grasp of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and IoT/hardware environments.
• Commercial acumen to translate technology decisions into unit economics and competitive positioning.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in EV, energy, infrastructure, mobility, or telecoms industries.
• Background leading both software product and hardware engineering organizations simultaneously.
• Experience scaling technology across multiple European markets.
