What you will do

• Support FX, interest rate, and other derivatives trade execution and transaction flows for hirify.global, its funds, and portfolio companies.
• Analyze hedging strategies and monitor market exposures across the corporate balance sheet, funds, and portfolio companies.
• Manage interest rate hedge portfolios for structured debt and equity investments and selected insurance clients.
• Support liquidity, capital markets, credit, and broader risk management initiatives.
• Track Fee Wallet data related to derivatives trading and assist with credit and KYC requests from banking partners.
• Maintain relationships with banks, counterparties, and internal stakeholders across Capital Markets, Finance, Operations, Treasury, and deal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and work effectively under pressure.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to professional integrity and excellence.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in derivatives, capital markets, or structured finance.
• Experience with Tableau, VBA, Python, or other programming languages.
