Solution Consultant - Core Banking (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global banking solutions within digital transformation programs.
• Engage with financial institutions and central banks to understand business challenges, strategic objectives, and transformation needs.
• Analyze business processes, requirements, and operating models to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution concepts, future-state processes, and solution designs.
• Conduct workshops and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for business and IT stakeholders.
• Support the design of banking products, business capabilities, customer-specific enhancements, business cases, and value propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience implementing digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
• Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation.
• Strong customer focus, proactive mindset, and willingness to deliver measurable value.
• Excellent German and English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services.
• Prior SAP experience.
