IT Business Systems Analyst II (SAP)

Location: Hybrid position in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, requiring onsite work Monday through Thursday each week. Must reside in the Ann Arbor area or be willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Design and deploy technology solutions that address business problems.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to balance customer requirements with technical constraints.
• Document current-state systems and business architecture for the Supply Chain organization.
• Define and implement future-state architecture and improvements to business processes and systems.
• Lead projects, develop project plans, and deliver completed ERP initiatives.
• Work in an autonomous, deadline-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Order to Ship and Sales and Distribution deployment experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing business requirements and validating designs with business teams.
• At least 3 years of experience enhancing ERP functionality and improving user experience and efficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP ERP implementation, customization, and support, including SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP HANA.
• Experience with project management methodologies and delivering ERP projects.
