ERP Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States

hirify.global provides software solutions for the automotive parts and repair industry, supporting parts purchasing and sales, repair research, estimating, supply chain operations, and connected industry workflows.

What you will do

• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Support ERP configuration, enhancements, workflows, troubleshooting, and ongoing application improvements.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements while coordinating with IT, developers, and vendors.
• Support GL, AP, AR, purchasing and procurement, financial reporting, reconciliations, and related workflows.
• Lead or support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, including root-cause analysis of application and data issues.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, data migration, validation, documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP application support, or a related business or technology role.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on ERP experience covering requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance and Accounting users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is preferred; Business Central, Dynamics GP, Serenic Navigator, or comparable ERP experience is also considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations.
• Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis.
