Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end integration and deployment of software solutions within client environments.
• Architect custom features, data pipelines, and platform extensions tailored to unique business workflows.
• Collaborate as a technical consultant to scope requirements and troubleshoot system bottlenecks.
• Translate complex business pain points into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage deployments across complex enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Build and deploy Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and MVPs to validate technical approaches.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, Spain, or Portugal.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role.
• Deep understanding of system design, API integration (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, and CI/CD.
• English: C1 level is a must for presentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Background in FinTech or Healthcare domains.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
