What you will do

• Lead the acquisition of new clients and the strategic management of existing commercial banking relationships.
• Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to deliver targeted portfolio growth in line with the business plan.
• Review client dossiers to identify future needs and ensure complaints are resolved within agreed turnaround times.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess risk profiles and provide updates to approving authorities.
• Ensure all activities adhere to organizational policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory instructions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Banking specifically managing relationships and client portfolios.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong expertise in calculating and interpreting Key Financial Ratios.
• Must be located in Dubai, AE to conduct client visits and manage local operations.
