Area Sales Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive sales of currency automation products and services in the assigned MEA region in coordination with global strategy.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with central banks and high-ranking public and private sector staff.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies (3-5 year view) and master plans for complex cash center solutions.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the regional sales team, setting goals and managing performance.
• Coordinate the complete business cycle with Project Management, Service, and Finance departments.
• Monitor competitive activities and identify future customer needs to inform Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Key Account Management experience with Government Sectors in African or Middle Eastern countries.
• Advanced Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Business fluent English skills are required.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the sales region.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and Arabic.
• Experience with direct sales and distributor management in the Public Sector.
