Sales Engineer - Structural Solutions (BIM)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; in-office. Travel up to 50%.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions for Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, and hirify.global Connect.
• Work with prospective enterprise clients to identify business pain points and design customized implementation roadmaps.
• Lead strategic pilot projects that position BIM solutions for major industry players.
• Partner with sales teams to identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
• Support digital transformation across architecture, engineering, construction, civil infrastructure, and building lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Extensive knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and industry workflows.
• Experience in technical presales, solution engineering, or software project implementation.
• Hands-on experience with architectural design software or advanced structural detailing tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into tangible customer business value.
• Native or fluent Korean is required; business-level English communication is highly preferred.
