What you will do

• Manage sales development by building strong customer relationships and providing tailored technical solutions.
• Execute sales plans and actions to achieve personal and team revenue targets based on country strategy.
• Handle the order closing process, including receiving inquiries, preparing quotations, and analyzing competitors.
• Manage order lifecycle activities, such as providing production progress reports, site commissioning, and invoicing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge of valves and application experience in relevant industries.
• Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Availability to travel up to 70%.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a matrix organization or a multinational company.
• Intermediate level of business English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows environment.
