Field Engineer (AI)

Building an AI-powered tool designed to automate coding for professional programmers.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers as a trusted technical advisor.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs, rollout guidance, prompt strategies, and context configurations.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops.
• Represent customer feedback internally, influence roadmap priorities, and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Support account planning, customer onboarding, and expansion opportunities through technical validation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to code alongside developers and present to CTOs.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern engineering organizations, and developer productivity challenges.
• Hands-on technical ability with fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and debugging complex environments.
• Ability to translate technical details into business impact and advise customer stakeholders.
• Ability to work in South Korea.
