Salary: $231,200 - $340,000 OTE

What you will do

• Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Federal stakeholders to integrate hirify.global into their workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored onboarding, training, and usage plans for customers.
• Execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
• Attain quarterly booking targets, renewals, and expansion metrics.
• Increase market penetration through the existing product portfolio and new offerings.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Federal sales experience selling technology or SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling large complex deals specifically to the DHS.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in the US.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed (approximately 25%).
