What you will do

• Support the post-sale customer experience, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
• Design tailored client adoption plans, including change management approaches and stakeholder mapping.
• Execute adoption initiatives from initial rollout to broader usage.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders to maximize the value of the platform.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing.
• Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Proven organization and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High EQ and a data-informed approach to client success.
• Must be based in Sydney for on-site work.

• Experience within SaaS, LegalTech, or professional services environments.
