What you will do

• Lead people, process, and technology changes arising from the Data Transformation Program.
• Drive change execution by writing and coordinating communications and training plans.
• Refine people change impacts and build tailored interventions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Data Asset Owners, the Data and AI team, and the ERP change team.
• Facilitate the transition of retail data from Woolworths to hirify.global.
• Prepare end-users and stakeholders for upcoming ERP system testing programs.

Requirements

• Experience leading change in technology projects, system rollouts, or ERP implementations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible business language.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders from end-users to senior leadership.
• Strong facilitation and messaging alignment skills.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
