What you will do

• Prospect for new customers and maintain a robust sales funnel focused on the Thailand market.
• Develop and execute strategic relationships with hotel chains, resorts, and luxury hospitality groups.
• Lead cross-functional Commercial Leadership Teams to create tailored proposals and pricing solutions.
• Manage and grow existing client partnerships to ensure retention and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee global sales and profit targets and lead business reviews.
• Represent the company at international conferences and coordinate client debriefs.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or relevant industries.
• Proven track record of managing high-level, wide, and deep client relationships.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Experience working within a large, complex, matrix-oriented global organization.
• Ability to manage resources and projects remotely in a highly dispersed environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management audiences.
