Country Representative, Thailand

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; based in the Bangkok office.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global in Thailand and serve as a cultural bridge between local stakeholders, clients, authorities, and regional teams.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, align growth initiatives with company strategy, monitor market and competitor trends, and evaluate prospects with regional business lines.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client partnerships and act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate with service lines during tendering activities and support business development across relevant opportunities.
• Oversee compliance with Thai tax, labour, corporate governance, permitting, vessel clearance, and importation requirements.
• Coordinate financial records, statutory audits, annual reports, and HSSE matters with regional and APAC teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of proven technical sales or business development experience within the Subsea and/or Offshore Wind industry.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Solid analytical abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must have local working rights in Thailand or be eligible for a work visa.
