Manager, Business Development (Logistics)

What you will do

• Identify and acquire potential B2B clients using value-based selling methodologies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective business clients.
• Negotiate contract and quotation terms to close sales deals.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Transport, and Project Management teams to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand (On-site)
• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in any field (logistics experience is highly advantageous).
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Native Thai language proficiency
• English proficiency (TOEIC score of at least 650)
• Proven track record in negotiation and pitching to various organizational levels.
