What you will do

• Lead delivery teams to provide high-quality, reliable IT services aligned with customer business needs.
• Provide technical and managerial support for field engineers, system administrators, and subject matter experts.
• Manage and troubleshoot incidents, problems, changes, and escalations to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design and maintain future-proof systems.
• Implement tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations within a contractual framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
• Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an innovation-oriented mindset toward automation.
• Ability to maintain direct and constant professional interaction with customers.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
