TL;DR

Project Delivery Leader (SaaS): Designing and executing client success journeys to realize measurable business outcomes with an accent on strategic roadmapping and stakeholder alignment. Focus on guiding cross-functional squads from vision to value and optimizing delivery through AI-enabled tools and Agile methodologies.

Location: 25% travel required; must be flexible to work in shifts to support client time zones (Asia-Pacific, North America, or Europe).

What you will do

• Co-design client success journeys using blueprints, journey maps, and value hypotheses.
• Deliver engagements within agreed scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics to ensure client ROI.
• Translate business strategy into MVP definitions, outcome-based roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs tied to OKRs/KPIs.
• Negotiate scope and priorities with senior stakeholders and facilitate governance and issue resolution.
• Create executive-ready narratives and data-driven visuals to accelerate decision-making and adoption.
• Coach teams on journey-centric delivery and manage account hygiene, including forecasts and status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in consulting or technology.
• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional engagements or product/program work.
• Proven track record in designing client journeys and mediating stakeholder conflicts.
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and legacy modernization approaches.
• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and discovery-to-delivery orchestration.

Nice to have

• Certifications: PMP, PSM/CSM, PRINCE2, SAFe POPM/Lean Portfolio, or Service Design (SDN).
