Salary: $140,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the end-to-end Agent Experience across all products.
• Evolve the Distribution API platform to support seamless integration with agency management systems and comparative raters.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create accessible, elegant, and intuitive digital interfaces.
• Own the digital product backlog and lead Agile ceremonies to prioritize high-impact enhancements.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technical engineering teams, and external technology partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital platforms or customer-facing technology.
• Strong expertise in digital experience design, UX/UI principles, and customer journey mapping.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate customer feedback and data analytics into actionable product improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field.
• Location: Ability to work from the Boston, MA office 3 days per week.

• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Small Commercial or P&C.
