What you will do

• Serve as the Product Owner for technology teams supporting Finance, Accounting, and HR functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities and maintain product roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure focus on high-value initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and IT teams to support effective Agile delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions transparently to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial operations, and enterprise workflows.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus without direct authority.

• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or HR corporate systems.
