Product Manager (IoT)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite work required, with relocation to Dubai if needed

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Video Platform product lifecycle from discovery and validation through build, launch, and post-launch measurement.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews to identify product gaps, pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Develop the product roadmap, define the product vision, and align stakeholders around strategy.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Sales, Service, and leadership teams on product development and go-to-market execution.
• Prioritize features and epics while balancing commercial goals, strategic investments, and technical debt.
• Translate customer needs into user stories, track product outcomes, and improve Product Management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Track record of personally owning software products used by real customers and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong product judgment, data fluency, and comfort with analytics tools; SQL experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship repeatedly at pace.
• Bachelor’s degree, post-secondary diploma, or equivalent work experience; Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related specialization is valued.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience in telematics, video, IoT, safety, B2B SaaS, or zero-to-one, early-stage, or scale-up environments.
