Product Manager (IoT)

TL;DR

Product Manager (IoT/SaaS): Directing the product development of the hirify.global Video Platform from conception to launch with an accent on customer discovery, prioritization, and cross-functional execution. Focus on building a strategic roadmap based on data fluency and identifying product gaps to improve customer experience and grow market share.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Dubai for onsite work

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the hirify.global Video Platform (GVP), from discovery to post-launch measurement.
• Perform customer discovery interviews to identify product gaps, pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Develop the product roadmap and align internal stakeholders with the long-term product vision.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to execute product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Define and track qualitative and quantitative reporting mechanisms to monitor product outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into detailed user stories and feature epics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or customer discovery, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping software products that delivered measurable business results.
• Strong product judgment backed by data fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for onsite work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in telematics, video, IoT, safety, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience working in zero-to-one, early-stage, or scale-up environments.
• Comfort with SQL or other analytics tooling.
