• Must be based in or able to work in Dubai (Hybrid)
• STEM degree, having been at the top of the class.
• AI-native mindset and ability to build with AI as a primitive.
• Strong leadership skills and a builder's mentality.
• Ability to take full ownership of outcomes without needing a fintech background.
