Staff Product Manager, Tabby Card (Fintech)

Location: UAE; hybrid workplace. Candidates should be located in the UAE or be ready for relocation.

hirify.global is a fintech company building a financial app for sending, spending, saving, and flexible payments across the GCC.

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Card Retention & Monetization roadmap from problem discovery and business cases through delivery and measurement.
• Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails, making rollout and feature-kill decisions based on data.
• Manage unit economics, pricing, fees, billing cycles, statements, repayment experiences, and P&L impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, finance, legal, compliance, and billing teams to deliver scalable credit experiences.
• Own launch quality, including support readiness, AI-agent guidance, customer communications, and gradual rollouts.
• Adapt the product domain for hirify.global Card’s expansion into KSA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including 2+ years in fintech, banking, or credit products.
• Experience shipping monetization, pricing, or billing features with measurable results and defined guardrails.
• Strong experimentation discipline, including metric registration, segmentation, and data-based feature decisions.
• Fluency in unit economics and analytics, with experience working with compliance or legal on customer-facing products.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Credit card or revolving credit expertise, including statements, grace periods, minimum payments, and interchange.
• GCC market experience and Arabic language skills.
• Experience launching new financial infrastructure from 0 to 1.
