Product Manager – Flight Ops & Crew Management Systems

What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects across Flight Operations and Crew Operations.
• Manage products and backlogs covering flight planning, weight and balance, fuel optimization, crew pairing, rostering, tracking, and fatigue management.
• Translate operational requirements into technical solutions with enterprise architects, developers, third-party vendors, and operational stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, budgets, delivery roadblocks, and operational continuity.
• Prepare change records, release plans, and deployment readiness assessments for Change Advisory Board meetings.
• Manage Route to LIVE deployments and support change, incident, and release management using ITSM and ITIL practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the airline or aviation industry.
• Knowledge of Flight Operations and Crew Management systems, including flight planning, crew pairing, rostering, and tracking.
• Experience with IT governance, change management, and regulatory environments, including FAA, EASA, and GCAA requirements.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and modern enterprise architectures.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Nice to have

• SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Smartsheet, and related delivery tools.
• Arabic language skills.
