Product Manager (AI)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; permanent, full-time role with travel across the GCC for client discovery and deployment support.

What you will do

• Own and publish a sequenced roadmap across sourcing and screening, due diligence, investment committee, and portfolio monitoring.
• Translate investment workflows and client evidence into requirements with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and non-functional expectations.
• Prioritize work across engineering, AI, design, domain, growth, delivery, and client stakeholders while making trade-offs visible.
• Define product measures for adoption, workflow completion, and output quality, and use evidence to guide prioritization.
• Own backlog, delivery cadence, release readiness, configuration, data migration, documentation, and internal enablement.
• Define expected behavior and evaluation criteria for AI features, including grounding, citations, uncertainty, incomplete sources, and failure handling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of B2B or enterprise SaaS products end to end.
• Experience in financial services, investment technology, or data and research platforms serving professional investors.
• Experience owning roadmaps across multiple modules, teams, or product areas and prioritizing under genuine constraints.
• Technical fluency with modern web and API stacks and the ability to discuss architecture and delivery trade-offs with engineering.
• Experience shipping products in regulated or demanding enterprise environments with security, auditability, and access-control requirements.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and a bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI or machine-learning features, including retrieval-based systems and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure or another major cloud platform and document-heavy ingestion and search challenges.
• Experience in an early-stage or scaling product organization.
• Working knowledge of the private capital deal lifecycle.
