Salary: $136,000 – $176,000

What you will do

• Lead the rollout of the agentic AI platform across HR and other business departments to eliminate productivity bottlenecks.
• Develop and monitor enterprise AI cost dashboards to ensure fiscal efficiency across the SaaS toolset.
• Collaborate with Information Security and legal teams to conduct risk assessments for new AI vendors.
• Bridge the gap between infrastructure engineering and business units to implement technical AI guardrails.
• Create repeatable IT operational workflows and SOPs for long-term AI support and license management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in agentic AI and IT operations, plus 4 years of technical program management.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI suites such as Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with experience in API and model orchestration.
• Ability to design Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrate AI with legacy databases.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Looker, or similar BI tools for telemetry.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI).

Nice to have

• Experience building internal AI platforms, custom copilots, and prompt libraries.
• Ability to prototype rapid AI-powered solutions for non-technical teams.
• Experience establishing security guardrails and evaluation frameworks for AI at scale.
