What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and agent-based systems in production.
• Build and operationalize scalable AI and analytics frameworks, including governance and MLOps practices.
• Coach and develop data engineering and analytics teams through mentorship and technical guidance.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with financial and operational KPIs.
• Oversee the development of scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and reporting automation.
• Drive organizational change and adoption of modern analytics tools and self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or AI/ML.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams and projects.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and cloud environments like Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
