What you will do
- Design, build, and improve machine learning and AI systems in production environments.
- Translate business challenges into measurable AI/ML solutions.
- Develop and run experiments to evaluate model performance and success criteria.
- Productize models into scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient services.
- Optimize training and inference performance, including latency and throughput.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and domain experts.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to San Jose, CA
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience working with machine learning or AI systems in production settings.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Ability to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, or research teams.
Nice to have
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with distributed systems and training at scale.
