What you will do

• Design, build, and improve machine learning and AI systems in production environments.
• Translate business challenges into measurable AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and run experiments to evaluate model performance and success criteria.

• Optimize training and inference performance, including latency and throughput.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and domain experts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Jose, CA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience working with machine learning or AI systems in production settings.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, or research teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
