What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for the IR inbox, triaging inquiries from analysts and investors and maintaining a request tracker.
• Manage and optimize complex IR team calendars, coordinating critical prep meetings for quarterly earnings and Investor Days.
• Lead logistics for analyst "bus tours" and on-site group investor meetings, including catering, security, and room bookings.
• Maintain the Investor Relations CRM to ensure accurate records of meetings and conferences.
• Support the planning and execution of large-scale IR events, ensuring alignment of travel, materials, and technology.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, executive administration, or event planning.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with internal executives and external financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to pivot quickly and remain organized under the pressure of high-volume tasks and shifting deadlines.
