TL;DR

Investor Relations - AVP (Financial Services): Supporting investors, financial advisors, and fund sponsors through client account coverage, subscription workflows, fund closings, and alternative investment operations with an accent on client experience, complex workflows, and wealth technology platforms. Focus on resolving escalations, improving platform processes, collaborating with Technology, and managing high-profile client and fund manager relationships.

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; office-based Monday through Thursday with remote work flexibility on Friday. Phone queue coverage is required during 8:30am-6:00pm EST operating hours.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Provide dedicated coverage for client accounts and support investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel.
• Answer client and advisor questions accurately and manage ongoing service needs.
• Support fund managers’ fundraising efforts by guiding clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings.
• Manage complex alternative investment operational workflows and resolve escalations across teams.
• Identify improvements to processes, the technology platform, and the overall client experience.
• Collaborate with Technology and support special projects for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-10+ years of experience in financial services, client service, investor relations, alternative investments, or wealth management.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with key organizational stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the Salt Lake City office Monday through Thursday and cover operating hours from 8:30am-6:00pm EST.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, deadline management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Dynamics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
