Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct the sales process to meet and exceed profitability margin targets.
• Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with key accounts.
• Introduce new chemical products and solutions to clients.
• Organize sales calls, business reviews, and demand forecasting.
• Influence stakeholders and collaborate with operators and mill managers on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in the paper industry.
• Ability to develop and execute Key Account or Project Plans.
• Strong skills in documenting ROI and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the Wisconsin River District (Green Bay/Appleton area).

Nice to have

• Experience in paper making operations.
• Knowledge of LSS and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with wet-end applications (retention, sizing, strength, cleaning, defoamers, etc.).
