Financial Crime Transformation Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead a global, multi-year FCC transformation across operating models, processes, systems, and controls.
• Develop and execute the transformation roadmap, managing priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Implement AI and automation tools to enhance program tracking and executive reporting.
• Establish disciplined governance through SteerCos, RAID logs, and executive updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to convert complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Define success metrics and manage the transition of improvements into business-as-usual (BAU).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large, multi-workstream transformation programs in financial services or fintech.
• Deep expertise in financial crime program change (AML/CTF, sanctions, FCC operations).
• Proven track record of delivering global or multi-region programs across complex institutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools for program execution.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or digital banking within fast-paced global environments.
• Background in consulting or regulatory remediation.
• Proficiency with advanced program dashboards and reporting tools.
