What you will do
- Design and execute new sales motions from concept through execution across segments and channels.
- Analyze seller productivity data, including ramp curves and tenure, to provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Develop GTM strategies for high-priority markets, defining revenue targets and seller profiles.
- Perform market research on trends and competitive dynamics to sharpen overall sales strategy.
- Create executive-ready memos, briefings, and narratives to accelerate leadership decision-making.
- Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-based tools to automate strategy testing and scenario modeling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy, or management consulting (top-tier strategy firm strongly preferred).
- Proven experience optimizing sales motions, seller productivity frameworks, or GTM plays.
- Strong analytical modeling skills with the ability to distill complex data into defensible recommendations.
- Track record of writing high-stakes executive narratives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents and LLM-based tools for workflow automation.
- Experience at a Fortune 500 technology or SaaS company with a multi-segment sales organization.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SMB software, fintech, or accounting/tax software markets.
- Deep expertise in seller productivity analytics (ramp curves, rep deployment modeling).
