What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Finance Platform domain, aligning investments with business priorities.
• Translate financial and accounting requirements into scalable platform capabilities and technical solutions.
• Drive the automation of reconciliation, accounting workflows, and financial data processing.
• Ensure the reliability, integrity, and auditability of finance-critical data across the platform.
• Collaborate with Payments and Core Platform Engineering teams to ensure consistent data generation.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as reconciliation accuracy and automation coverage to measure impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a product or platform domain end-to-end, including strategy and prioritization.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting processes, reconciliation, or financial reporting.
• Ability to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and scalable engineering solutions.
• Experience working with engineering teams on data-intensive or platform products.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to guide product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems, such as Microsoft Business Central.
• Knowledge of audit processes or experience working in regulated industries.
