Senior Product Manager (ERP)

Salary: EUR 75,000–85,000 gross p/a

What you will do

• Own a product line for the manufacturing industry, leading the full software lifecycle from feature development to launch.
• Develop the product vision and roadmap, including financial planning and forecasting.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI wireframes within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with local German sales/marketing and the international Product Management team in the Netherlands.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and unmet user needs.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for ERPs to support sales, implementation, and account management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in a software product organization or the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in owning business cases, needs validation, sizing, and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Agile development.

Nice to have

• Experience within the machine building sub-vertical.
• Technical software or programming experience.
• Residency in the North Rhine-Westphalia region.
