What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for institutional trading and risk features.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists from concept to production.
• Translate client needs and market trends into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Drive technical decisions on architecture, APIs, and data models to ensure scalability.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with sales, compliance, and key institutional clients.
• Monitor product KPIs and iterate on features using quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of product experience in financial software or trading systems.
• Strong technical fluency with distributed systems, APIs, and data engineering concepts.
• Proven track record of building institutional products for banks or asset managers.
• Must be eligible to work in Germany.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading protocols (FIX), market data feeds, or post-trade processing.
