What you will do

• Design and build modern cloud-native full-stack applications.
• Own technical decisions and contribute to the solution architecture.
• Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices across the team.
• Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and overall operational excellence.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and performance across platforms.
• Mentor engineers and drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern cloud-based applications.
• Expertise across the full software development lifecycle and designing scalable distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS.
• Experience with containers, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to mentor other developers while remaining hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted platforms.
