What you will do
- Design and build modern cloud-native full-stack applications.
- Own technical decisions and contribute to the solution architecture.
- Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices across the team.
- Improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and overall operational excellence.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and performance across platforms.
- Mentor engineers and drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Strong experience building modern cloud-based applications.
- Expertise across the full software development lifecycle and designing scalable distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS.
- Experience with containers, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to mentor other developers while remaining hands-on.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted platforms.
