Salary: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

What you will do
- Review and investigate commercial cases to determine if litigation is a viable option for clients.
- Perform skip-tracing on debtor businesses and principals using private databases and public records.
- Provide detailed written reports for clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation.
- Coordinate and correspond with clients and attorneys regarding pending accounts or closures.
- Manage data and workflows using Salesforce and Excel.
- Uphold strict client confidentiality and adhere to departmental procedures.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA to be eligible for company benefits.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial collections, skip tracing, investigations, or litigation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Dun & Bradstreet or TransUnion TLO.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
